Kakheti region hit by hail

Severe hail has hit the town of Telavi and five villages in Kakheti region, eastern Georgia.

Telavi Municipality Mayor Shota Nareklishvili said no precise information is available yet about financial losses to the area.

The hail lasted for about 15-20 minutes,” he said.
