Georgian wine on show in Lithuania’s biggest wine exhibition

Wine enthusiasts in Lithuania will have a chance to taste some unique Georgian wines.
On May 5-6, the biggest wine and spirits event in the Baltic States, wine exhibition "Vyno dienos 2017” will showcase six Georgian wine companies.
The wine exhibition gives special platform for the wine insiders where professionals meet professionals and final consumers.
Wine and spirits producers, international importers, gourmet representatives, companies that make glass and wine accessories for two days may enjoy a company and attention of more than 4,000 visitors that are closely related and are interested in the presented products.
Meanwhile, Georgian wine has already been praised at the Seoul International Wines&Spirits EXPO2017, which was held on April 27 in South Korea.
Georgia exported 14,199,018 bottles of wine to 38 countries from January to March 2017, adding $32.2 million to the economy.
Georgia has showcased its unique wine and presented its rich winemaking history at two special events named ‘Wines of Georgia’ held in Estonia and Latvia this week.

White dry wine Kisi 2015 and red dry wine Mukuzani 2015 of Georgian wine company Shilda Winery won gold medals at the International Wine Contest GALICJA VITIS 2017, which was held on June 22-23 in Krakow.
One of Krakow’s most famous, historical wineries, the ‘Winnica Srebrna Gora’, has hosted a Georgian wine seminar and wine tasting event – ‘Georgian wines for the summer’.
