Indian investors will implement a 1.5 million GEL investment in Georgia’s third largest city of Kutaisi.

With the support of the state program ‘Produce in Georgia’, company City Construction has been conducting real estate research in Kutaisi during the past six months. As a result the company has chosen a place to build a five-floor commercial and residential complex in the western Georgian city.

The construction of the complex will be completed in September 2018 where about 20 people will be employed.

As Georgia’s Ministry of Economy announced the same company is now researching real estate potential in the capital city of Tbilisi.
