Georgia’s winter wonderland and top ski resort Gudauri is inviting guests to spend the summer season and enjoy summer-related activities in its fresh mountain air.
Paintball, handball, paraplane flying are among new attractions that Gudauri is offering to visitors and locals alike.
Head of the Mountain Resorts Development Company Sandro Onoprishvili stated ski resorts have become more and more popular during the summer season. In his words, all efforts were made in order to turn Gudauri and other winter resorts into four-season destinations.

Three major ski lifts serve the visitors in Gudauri which are available everyday from 11 a.m. to 17 p.m.
There are also international standard bicycle tracks in Gudauri for professional and amateur cyclists.
Different activities are already planned for Gudauri to attract more and more visitors during this summer season. For example, on July 30 a moto racing competition will be held in Gudauri.
Meanwhile, on August 7 summer season will also be opened in Goderdzi ski resort, which is located in the mountainous Adjara region.
