Thirteen Georgian wine companies participated in the International Wine Trade Fair ENOEXPO in Krakow, one of the most culturally and politically significant cities in Poland.
Wine companies from Georgia and around the world that were wanting to distribute their products in Poland were invited to participate at the November 16-18 ENOEXPO.
At this year's wine fair Georgian wine companies were awarded bronze and silver medals, said the Georgian National Wine Agency.

Georgia featured highly in the second day of the wine fair, which focused on natural wines that are produced only from grapes without any other supplies and technological innovations. Representatives from Georgian wine companies met winemakers from different countries and hosted them with glass of unique Georgian wine.
Promoting Georgian wine in Poland was important, said the Georgian National Wine Agency, noting Poland was one of the strategic export markets Georgia was now targeting.
In the past 10 months Georgia exported more than 1.81 million bottles of wine to Poland – 44 percent more compared to the same period of 2015.
