The CEC said currently 626,954 citizens had voted.
Mikeladze said the voting process was underway in a mainly calm environment and without any major problems.
As of now, only minor violations have been reported,” Mikeladze said, adding all citizens had the opportunity to enjoy their constitutional right and vote freely.
In comparison, voter turnout was 34.8 percent at 3pm in the initial vote of Parliamentary Elections on October 8.
