A group representing one of the largest private equity companies in Europe will visit Georgia and learn about Georgia's investment climate, says the Prime Minister's press service.
The decision for a working group from CVC Capital Partners to visit Georgia in the near future was made at the World Economic Forum in Davos at a meeting between Georgia's Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and founder of CVC Capital Partners Steven Koltes.
At the meeting, the Georgian side provided the potential investors with information on Georgia's business environment.
CVC Capital Partners is a leading private equity firm that manages capital on behalf of over 300 investors in North America, Europe, Asia and Near East. CVC has secured commitments of more than $71 billion USD in funds. CVC invests in global industrial and service businesses.
