Georgian Republican party urges Ukraine to stand strong

The Republican Party of Georgia has declared its full support to the pro-European Government of Ukraine and the Ukrainian society in their just struggle, and considers Russia’s direct aggression and intervention in Ukraine as a violation of the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
We officially address the influential international organizations the Republican Party is a member of – Alliance for Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) and the Liberal International (LI) - to use their full authority in working with other international organizations as well as in their countries, to take more effective steps in these decisive days in order to stop Russia’s aggression and to support sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, a statement revealed.
The Republicans believed Ukraine could endure pressure from Russia.
"We strongly believe that nothing can prevent Ukraine's aspirations for freedom and its integration process into Europe. Russia's intervention will end with defeat and a victory for the Ukrainian nation."
