Interior Ministry employees win European car racing

A Georgian motorsport driver who works for the Ministry of Internal Affairs has won the European Championships car racing in the Netherlands, while another Ministry employee placed second.

For the third time in a row, Davit Kajaia placed first in the Legend SuperCup (LSC) event, which was part of Acceleration 2014, a series of festivals combining top class car and bike racing with music and entertainment.

Meanwhile Ministry employee Konstantine Koliashvili placed second in the same race.

The winners were welcomed home last night.
