The visitor potential of Georgia’s Black Sea region of Adjara was showcased at BaltTour 2025, an international tourism fair held last week in Latvia’s capital city of Riga, the regional Tourism Department said on Monday.
At the fair, visitors had the opportunity to explore “diverse tourist products” of the region and Georgia at a national stand, with detailed information on travel to the country.
The Department also held meetings with representatives from advertising and tourism companies, media, and tourism associations, including Latvian airline Air Baltic, Latvian Tourism Agency and Tourism Association, TEZ Tour, and Novaturas, to promote the region.
The meetings were attended by the Department's management and Irakli Kurashvili, the Georgian Ambassador to Latvia.
