Tbilisi Int’l Airport resumes flights after heavy fog, bad weather cause suspension

Tbilisi International Airport in the Georgian capital city on Friday resumed flights after heavy fog and adverse weather conditions caused a suspension in operations on Thursday.

Domestic media outlets said the disruptions had led to flights to Istanbul, Munich, Riga, Dubai and Baku being canceled earlier, with the airport also unable to receive flights from Istanbul. 

The resumption was also reported by the domestic media, with airlines expected to perform flights according to schedule.
