Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Saturday attended an opening ceremony of the Mountain Days 2024 in Georgia’s northern highland region Tusheti, initiated by the Government Administration in the third year in a row.

The head of the Government congratulated the local population on the opening of the public celebration Tushetoba, a public event aimed to popularise Georgia’s mountainous regions and protected areas, and expressed gratitude to “all those people who take care of this beauty and traditions”.

"It is very important to celebrate such days, which, of course, will continue in the future," the PM said.
