The Georgian Government’s Economic Council, led by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, on Sunday approved energy projects with a total capacity of up to 500 megawatts, while discussing the investments in the energy sector. Kobakhidze highlighted the importance of utilising the country’s potential to the fullest extent possible to this effect.

The plans to implement reforms in the insurance sector and pension insurance, as well as privatisation plans, were discussed at the meeting of the Council, held at the Government Administration.
