Skytrax ranks Tbilisi Int’l Airport in top 10 airports that serve less than 5 million passengers

For the first time, in the Skytrax World Airport Awards 2024, the Georgian capital’s Tbilisi International Airport is ranked among the world's top 10 airports serving less than five million passengers, together with the airports of Durban, Ottawa, Goa and Billund.

Skytrax, an influential British consulting company that has been researching and assessing the service quality at airports and airlines around the world since 1999, also has listed Tbilisi and Batumi airports among the 10 best airports in Eastern Europe.

The Awards, based on the passengers’ evaluation from over 100 different nationalities and 570 airports around the world, included Tbilisi International Airport in Eastern Europe’s best airports for the eleventh time in a row, while Batumi Airport was listed for the third time, TAV Georgia, the company operating Tbilisi and Batumi airports, said on Friday.
