EU vows support for strengthening Georgia’s resilience

The European Union on Thursday said it would continue to support Georgia in strengthening its resilience.

“The European Union will continue to support Georgia in strengthening its resilience and addressing the challenges it faces as a consequence of Russia's actions to undermine Georgia's territorial integrity, as well as Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine”, the statement said.

The conclusions of the European Council summit, held on Thursday, also encouraged the Georgian Government to advance on the outstanding priority reforms.
