The Tbilisi Public Service Hall has hosted a delegation from the United Arab Emirates and introduced the officials to innovations in public services at the venue as part of the Government Exchange Programme.
The Service Hall said on Tuesday Erekle Gvinianidze, the Deputy Justice Minister of Georgia, and Lasha Lonjanidze, the Chair of Public Service Hall, shared insights into domestic service provision models to the visiting group.
They also introduced them to “various infrastructural and technological innovations” implemented at the institution.
The Public Service Hall serves as a hub for delivering approximately 470 public and private sector services to users nationwide and spanning 118 branches and mobile venues.
The state Exchange Programme aims to “facilitate exchange of best practices in the delivery of services” between participating states.
