Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on Wednesday congratulated employees of the country’s judiciary on the national Day of Justice celebrating the professionals.
In his congratulatory message, Garibashvili stressed the day was dedicated to justice and the principles of rule of law, as well as professionals of the agencies whose daily work was of “key importance for the unwavering protection and strengthening of these principles in the country”.
He also highlighted their “professionalism and commitment to work” and noted it played a “crucial role” in building a “fair, strong, modern, democratic society”.
Georgia’s Justice Ministry on Tuesday said it had approved the 2023 action plan for the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, ensuring compliance with the relevant United Nations Convention and serving to improve the accessibility of the related infrastructure, services and offerings for persons with disabilities.
