Georgian PM, Azerbaijani President attend photo exhibition honouring 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and the visiting Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Sunday attended a photo exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of late Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev.

The exhibition, organised by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, showcased important events in Azerbaijan’s history.

Garibashvili also hosted Aliyev at the official dinner, after the exhibition.

Working visit of the Azerbaijani President concluded, with the Georgian PM escorting him to Tbilisi International Airport.

As part of his visit, Aliyev held a face-to-face meeting with Garibashvili, discussing cooperation, after which the officials made comments at a joint press conference.
