Georgian PM, Intelligence Service Head review agency plans, priorities

Plans and priorities for the development of Georgia’s Intelligence Service were discussed on Wednesday in a meeting between Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Shalva Lomidze, the Head of the agency.

The Government Administration said Lomidze had presented the annual report of the Service to the PM in the discussion.

 

Plans for activities of the Service throughout this year were also reviewed by the two officials.

Garibashvili and Lomidze also discussed the geopolitical situation in the wider region and associated security challenges.
