National tourism body company wins Best European Service Provider prize at int’l business tourism forum

The Georgian National Tourism Administration on Monday announced its Convention and Exhibition Bureau had won the title of the Best Service Provider Company in Europe at m&i Summer, an international forum of business tourism that ran between June 25-28 in Oslo.
The GNTA said the result - scored among 180 companies from across the world - had “firmly established” the country on the “map of world business tourism”.

It added the win “contributes to the promotion of business tourism in Georgia, attracting large events, forums, conferences and congresses”.
Representatives of the world's leading convention bureaus, industry experts, tourism companies and representatives of business tourism participated in the forum.
The second annual Tbilisi Women's International Conference is taking place in Georgia’s capital, with women leaders from around the world discussing conflicts, peace and security at the initiative of Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili.
