Three-time Olympic medal-winning shooter Nino Salukvadze on Monday became the first female in the history of the Games to qualify for 10 consecutive editions after finishing fourth in the women's 25m pistol event at European Games Kraków-Małopolska in Wroclaw.

Salukvadze, one of the most prized Georgian athletes, ranked eighth among shooters at the event with 579 points, finishing just outside the podium but earning the spot at the next Olympic Games.

The qualification for the Games will see her join the Canadian equestrian Ian Millar on the record number of appearances at the next edition of the competition in France.
