The goal scored by Napoli's Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the team’s match against Atalanta earlier this month has been named the Goal of the Month following a vote by fans of the Italian Serie A Championship.
The effort that came with a series of dribbles and ended with the midfielder’s shot under the crossbar allowed Kvaratskhelia to surpass goals scored by Roma’s Paulo Dybala against Sassuolo, Torino’s Yann Karamoh against Bologna and Lazio’s Matías Vecino against Napoli in the vote.
