Georgian PM meets country’s newly appointed ambassador to Romania

Georgian prime minister Irakli Garibashvili on Thursday met Tamar Beruchashvili following her appointment as the country’s ambassador to Romania, the government administration said. 

In the meeting held at the government’s administration Garibashvili wished Beruchashvili “every success” in her new position.

 

Beruchashvili recently worked as Georgia’s United Kingdom ambassador and ambassador at large for the Black Sea region issues.

The stints followed her previous work as minister of foreign affairs and deputy minister, as well as state minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration, and minister of trade and foreign economic relations.
