Georgian finance minister, World Bank representatives review cooperation

Current and planned projects supported by the World Bank in Georgia were discussed on Tuesday in a meeting between the Georgian finance minister Lasha Khutsishvili and officials of the institution.

Sameh Wahba, the regional director for sustainable development and Christoph Pusch, the practice manager of urban development, disaster risk management and land at the bank were involved in the meeting, the ministry said.

The officials highlighted the importance of the launch of the human capital programme in the country, with Khutsishvili informing the bank representatives about domestic fiscal parameters of the current and next year.
