Georgia’s western city of Chiatura is hosting this year’s edition of Adventure tourism festival, with visitors invited to enjoy camping, sailing, cycling and rock climbing activities.
Event organisers are also hosting speleo tours for those interested in exploring the location, and have noted the significance of the regional Kutaisi airport in bringing visitors to the area.

They have also noted Chiatura’s “unique landscape and magnificent examples of cultural heritage” in attracting visitors to the festival and the city known for its manganese deposits and role in industrial supply both during the Soviet era and currently.

Popular Georgian music bands Tamada and Loudspeakers are in the line-up of the festival to perform for the guests during the event.
