Rescuers of the Emergency Management Service of Georgia and a border police helicopter crew have been mobilised to rescue a group of tourists from Tetnuldi Mountain in the north-western Svaneti region of Georgia, the Service announced on Friday.
In its statement, the body said the rescuers would have to reach the specific location of the tourists on foot due to the difficult terrain in the location.
Tetnuldi is one of the major peaks in the Caucasus mountain range, reaching 4,858 metres at its highest point.
