The time for changing the government with “revolutionary scenarios” is over in Georgia and all those who try to illegally and unconstitutionally “bring disorder” in the country will be punished in compliance with the law, Kakha Kaladze, the Mayor of Tbilisi and Secretary General of the ruling Georgian Dream party said on Wednesday.

Kaladze said the domestic “radical opposition” have been developing “revolutionary scenarios” and preparing to “paralyse” the country, while the Georgian Government has been working on fulfilling the 12-point conditions, outlined by the European Union for granting the country the membership candidate status.
