Growing dynamics of the “positive cooperation” between Georgia and Denmark was discussed on Tuesday in a meeting between Shalva Papuashvili, the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, and Margrethe II, the Queen of Denmark.
The meeting focused on the decision of the Danish Government to open its embassy in Georgia, with the sides noting the development would deepen relations between the two countries.
My great honour to have an audience with the Queen of Denmark, Her Majesty Margrethe II. We conversed on her visit to #Georgia in 1975. ???????? has transformed into a free, democratic & European country since then, and we greatly appreciate #Denmark's support along this process. pic.twitter.com/yykrpAGFeJ
