French writer Frédéric Beigbeder to visit Georgia

French author Frédéric Beigbeder will pay a four-day visit to Georgia next month, arriving in the country on May 3 and meeting with readers at the National Parliamentary Library the following day.
Beigbeder, who is set to visit Georgia along with his wife, will also present his new book Un barrage contre l'Atlantique to Georgian readers.
The French writer, best known for his book 99 Francs, visited Georgia for the first time in 2016.
Mario Vargas Llosa, an internationally recognised Peruvian author, journalist and professor and the winner of the 2010 Nobel Prize in Literature, will travel to Georgia later this year to learn about the local culture and arts.
A new social media campaign #SpendYourAutumnInGeorgia officially kicks off today. “Spend 4 Seasons in Georgia is happy to introduce its autumn logo! Let's spend this colorful Autumn in the homeland of wine”, the organisers announced on the official Facebook page.
The renowned French writer will be hosted by Georgian modern author Archil Kikodze during the three days of his visit.
