Ambassador Designate of Georgia to the United States David Zalkaliani on Thursday said the approval of Georgia Support Act by the United States House of Representatives reinforced “strategic partnership” between the two countries.
Zalkaliani thanked the House Georgia Caucus co-chairs Adam Kinzinger and Gerry Connolly for their efforts in the success of the Act, which he said had been approved in a "critical moment for Euro-Atlantic security", in reference to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
“It sends the message of US firm support & reinforces Georgia-US strategic partnership in this critical moment for Euro-Atlantic security,” the Ambassador tweeted.

support & reinforces ????????????????strategic partnership in this critical moment for Euro-Atlantic security
The United States House of Representatives approved the Georgia Support Act, establishing a strategic partnership between the two countries at the legislative level.
The legislation underscores the US’ support for Georgia's sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and European and Euro-Atlantic integration, as well as the right of Georgian citizens to support foreign and security policies of their state without interference or coercion from other countries.
