Jan-Oct 2021: Georgia hosts 1,393,914 international travellers

A total of 1,393,914 international travellers visited Georgia in January-October 2021, which is 1.8% less than in the same period of 2020, and 79% less than the same period of 2019.

A total of 205,680 international travellers visited Georgia in October 2021, which is 313% more than the same period in 2020 and 69% less than in October of 2019.

International tourists with the most significant increase in October were:

  • Turkey – (+89%)
  • Russia – (+571%)
  • Armenia – (+105%)
  • Georgia (non-resident) – (+231%)
  • Ukraine – (+1,230%)
  • Israel – (+9,134%)
  • Kazakhstan – (+1,250%)
  • Saudi Arabia – (+437,300%)
  • Azerbaijan – (+113%)
  • Poland – (+9,370%)
