Police have detained a 14-year old minor for stabbing three children on September 13 on A. Tsereteli Avenue in central Tbilisi.
The Interior Ministry reports that the detainee, identified only as L.M., inflicted several injuries to three minors following a verbal dispute.
The injured minors were taken to M. Iashvili Children’s Central Hospital soon after the incident.
Formula TV reports that following surgeries the health condition of minors is stable.
L.M. was detained soon after the incident. A knife was seized as evidence”, reports the Interior Ministry.
The crime is punishable by 16 to 20 years in prison.
Police have detained one individual, identified only as G.M. (born in 2001) for premeditated murder of minor Davit Saralidze.
