A total of 2,210 individuals have tested positive for Covid-19 after conducting 28,025 tests over the last 24 hours.
Out of the 2,210 new cases 865 were reported in Tbilisi.

Meanwhile, 74 infected individuals have died, while 5,587 patients have recovered from the coronavirus.
As of now the number of total confirmed cases of Covid-19 stands at 564,837 in Georgia, including 7,806 deaths, 514,768 recoveries and 42,237 active cases of the virus.
Heath officials keep on calling citizens to get vaccinated to protect themselves and their families from the coronavirus.
European Union Ambassador to Georgia Carl Hartzell, who has been fully vaccinated, also encourages everyone to receive their jabs:
