Georgian police have detained a man wanted for theft since August 2010 in the western Georgian region of Samegrelo.
The interior ministry reported earlier today that the individual, identified only as G. M. and born in 1987, was detained in Zugdidi.
Reportedly Tbilisi City Court had found the individual guilty in absentia back in August 2010 but he was in exile since then.
Georgian police have detained a Ukrainian citizen wanted by Luxemburg via Interpol for car theft. The individual, identified only as D.K., born in 1972, is accused of having stolen 17 expensive cars in Luxembourg along with accomplices back in September-December, 2019.
