The State Security Service of Georgia has announced that Russian occupying forces have set up artificial barriers near the village of Ghogheti in Kareli Municipality on the Russian-occupied area.
The European Union Monitoring Mission has been informed and its managed hotline - activated.

Calling this process 'borderisation' the Georgian security service says it damages the security situation on the ground and affects the daily lives of local population.
'Borderisation' refers to actions carried out by occupying forces including moving of barbed wire lines denoting administrative boundary between the Russian-occupied Tskhinvali from the rest of Georgia.
