The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs has destroyed narcotic and psychoactive substances worth 6.5 mln GEL ($2.3 mln/€2.1 mln) which were seized in 765 cases of drug deals, says the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The ministry destroyed 291 kg and 340 grams of cannabis, 18 kg and 364 grams of Marijuana, 290 grams of Heroin, 981 pills of Subutex, 630 pills of codeine, 448 pills and 5.456 grams of MDMA, 262 pills and 25 grams of pregabalin, 218 pills and 16 grams of tramadol, 133 pills of amphetamine, five ampoules of morphine hydrochloride, 53 grams of methadone, 4.5 grams of morphine and 36 grams of cannabis resin.
The drugs were disposed of in a high-temperature furnace in compliance with environmental standards.
