A new adventure hiking route has been created in the village of Kapnistavi, in Georgia’s mountainous Adjara region.
The village of Kapnistavi, 26 kilometers from the Black Sea city of Batumi, is known for its waterfalls, an open-air museum, old mills and beautiful hiking trails in nature.

Tourists visiting the village will get acquainted with the local customs and traditions of the region in the museum, which was built by locals.
There is a family wine cellar in the village, where visitors can taste local wines and dishes.

Two more new tourist routes were created in the Adjara region this year – the route connecting Kobuleti and Shuakhevi (Kintrishi-Jvarismindori) and the other route which connects Ghorjomi (village in Adjara) and Bakhmaro (village in Guria region).
