The Georgian Interior Ministry has announced that an individual who has damaged an election poster of the opposition European Georgia party back on October 13, has been given a warning for petty hooliganism.

The ministry announced yesterday that the individual, identified only as M.G. and born in 1981, threw a brick to the EG poster on the office window in the western Georgian town of Kutaisi and damaged the property.
The property damage has been assessed in the amounted of 80 GEL. However, based on the investigation, the action committed by the above individual did not contain signs of criminal offence.
