Forty-seven streets in western Georgian town of Zugdidi will be repaired, for which 52 million GEL (about $16.86/€14.29) will be spent, announces the Roads Department of Georgia.
Currently roads are being repaired on Sokhumi, Rustaveli, Aghmashenebeli and Beria streets.

The sections of the Zugdidi streets are so damaged that there is virtually no road surface. To solve the problem, road infrastructure and drainage systems will be fully repaired in Zugdidi, connections will be made, yard entrances, curbs and sidewalks will be created", reads the press-release published by the department.
The company New Road will carry out the repair of the roads.
