Seven infected individuals have recuperated from the coronavirus in Georgia increasing the total number of recoveries to 139.
As of now, Georgia has a total of 456 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including five deaths. 310 individuals remain infected, while two infected foreigners have returned home back in March.
Moreover, three Georgian infected citizens were brought from abroad, but they are not included in the total number of cases, rather they are counted separately.
Earlier today, doctors held a meeting at the First University Clinic in Tbilisi to exchange experience in fight against the coronavirus.
The clinic's director Levan Ratiani, who initiated the meeting, said the gathering also aimed to agree on the ‘common scheme of treatment’ throughout the country.
Ratiani said that somehow some people thought that the doctors of this country stood separately. Hwever, he said 'we are a large family'.
