Georgian wine producing companies are participating in the annual international wine and alcoholic beverages exhibition ProWein-2019 in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Chairman of the National Wine Agency Levan Mekhuzla is also attending the exhibition that Georgia has been participating in since 2000.
ProWein is planned to be expanded in 2021. Therefore, we plan to present Georgia in even more detail,” Mekhuzla stated.
Winery Chelti and Winery Vaziani were officially presented with awards earlier gained at the MUNDUS VINI prestigious international European contest.

Winery Chelti wines won four gold medals and one ‘grand gold’ while the Winery Vaziani product got a gold medal.
Visitors from 133 countries are attending the key winemaking event.
More than 60 countries have presented their own products at the exhibition.
