Wizz Air launches Bologna flight

The Italian city of Bologna has been added as a new destination offered by Hungarian lowcoster Wizz Air operating from Kutaisi International Airport.

Lowcost Ryanair launches inaugural Georgia flights

Wizz Air will fly from Kutaisi to Bologna two times a week like an Irish low-cost airline Ryanair, which launched its first ever flights from Georgia to European destinations earlier this month.

In 2020 Wizz Air will launch flights to:

German city of Cologne
French city of Nice

Meanwhile, Ryanair released an article "What to do and see in Tbilisi" suggesting the top 5 places to visit in the Georgian capital.

Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air will add new routes from Georgia’s Kutaisi International Airport to 12 cities, announces the Ministry of Economy of Georgia. Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava said that several months of intense negotiations had been successfully completed and “we have signed an agreement with Wizz Air today”.
