Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili is paying a working visit to Estonia.
Meeting with the Estonian Prime Minister Juri Ratas today Kvirikashvili discussed successful developments of the bilateral cooperation between the two countries, Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration and upcoming Eastern Partnership Summit taking place in Brussels in November 2017.
Introduction of visa free regime [with the EU] is an example of our successful cooperation. I want to use this opportunity and thank Estonia and its Prime Minister for supporting Georgia on this difficult path”, Kvirikashvili said.
This July-December Estonia is taking presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Wishing Estonia successful presidency Prime Minister Kvirikashvili thanked Ratas for considering Eastern Partnership among its main priorities.

This year Georgia and Estonia are celebrating 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. The two Prime Ministers said this year will be important for deepening bilateral cooperation in different directions.
Apart from political and economic cooperation the two countries plan to deepen their ties in science, information technologies and innovations.
