Tbilisi City Hall will now serve visitors with its renewed public service centre fully adapted for people with various disabilities.
This is the first time that the centre has been fully upgraded since 2008. Uniting all public services under one unique space, the centre operates with extended working hours from 9 am to 8 pm on Monday-Fridays, and from 10 am to 2 pm – on Saturdays.
Visiting the centre today, Tbilisi Mayor Davit Narmania said this centre offers the public a wide range of services. He said this is "a very important project” aimed at easing the availability of services for people.

It is important that the space has been fully adapted for people from all disability groups,” Rati Ionatamishvili, Georgian Dream party member said referring to both the infrastructure and the accessibility of the services.
He said the "principles of universal design have been entirely considered” which is yet another step forward for integration of people with disabilities.
Tbilisi City Hall says they will soon introduce an e-service that enables people to make use of services from home.
The newly established Municipal Services Development Agency aims to develop electronic services in the structural and territorial units of the City Hall which will further contribute to improving service provision for physical and legal entities in the near future
