New 5-star hotel to be built in Black Sea town of Kobuleti

A new 5-star hotel will be opened in Georgia’s Black Sea resort town of Kobuleti.
Head of Adjara Autonomous Republic Government Zurab Pataradze laid the foundation of a new hotel today in which 200 million GEL will be invested.
As Pataridze said, this will be the largest investment made in Kobuleti so far.
The new hotel will feature 220 rooms, a conference hall, meeting rooms, several restaurants, a spa centre and open and closed swimming pools.
The investor company responsible for building the new hotel in Kobuleti is Cristal Building.
400 people will be employed at the hotel once it becomes operational.
Four new hotels will be built in Goderdzi, the newest of Georgia's four winter resorts on the slopes of the mountainous Adjara region.
Kobuleti and Kintrishi Protected areas in western Georgia have welcomed new infrastructure received through local and foreign support.
