Georgia’s Ministry of Justice has made all public services maximally available for people with various disabilities.
Those with vision problems; deaf people or those using a wheelchair can use the biggest part of the services offered by different agencies of the Ministry of Justice without others’ help, at the scene or at a distance.
Tbilisi Justice House (also Public Service Hall), which offers more than 400 public services, offers out of the building ramps for the disabled and the people can also freely move inside the facility.
The consultation spaces are also equipped with special tables, fitted to the needs of the category of consumers.

The big territory of the Tbilisi Justice House is also totally adjusted to the requirements of the blind population and those suffering from eyesight problems.
Special paths are arranged inside the building for such individuals, as well as a navigation map at the entrance in braille. Each room on each floor also has descriptions in braille.
The webpage has an adapted version for the blind and people with eyesight complications.

The webpage has three different functions for the people: voice, contrastive and growing, through which the category of people can change colors of the webpage and use the zoom function to read easily.
Meanwhile, such people can already receive 31 different electronic and distant services via the Service Development Agency of the Ministry of Justice.
The Public Registry Agency of the Ministry of Justice is also adapted to the needs of the disabled.

Blind people and others with similar problems can receive information over the registration of the real estate in braille.
The Justice Ministry announces that their services were made available to the people with disabilities through the support of donors: The Embassy of Poland in Georgia, the EU representation to Georgia, the UN Development Program, Swedish International Development Agency, the union Mariani and Georgia’s Union of the Blind.
