"We all must make our own decisions and the aggregate of our individual decisions will decide the direction that Georgia will take in next four years, which is exactly why it is important to go to the ballot box on October 8, to vote for our country’s freedom and prosperity, collectively to assume responsibility for our future.”
The PM said since Georgia regained its independence, everyone in the country had been through serious trials and tribulations, learning what freedom and democracy was about, laying the foundation of a state that prioritisised care for and protection of its citizens.
"Together we have come a long way, ensuring over the past four years a free environment necessary for development, preparing the political and legal ground for a far-reaching economic advancement,” he said.

Kvirikashvili added "unfortunately, however, there still are many in need in Georgia, those unemployed who deserve a better life”.
"They are deprived of an opportunity to enjoy the goodness of freedom to the full,” he said.
The PM noted that the country’s economic advancement and elimination of poverty was not an individual challenge facing one person, or even a family, but rather a task facing the whole country, and addressing this task required a unified effort from every citizen.
"This is exactly why by pointing out the necessity to ensure the country’s rapid development I do not mean part of my economic platform or a campaign promise, but rather the main goal and dream of my life,” he said.
"I vow to spare no effort to ensure that the next four years mark the most dynamic development in our contemporary history.”
Kvirikashvili said God had granted Georgia many riches: an advantageous location, gorgeous landscapes, mountains, a sea, water and mineral resources, and most importantly, talented and industrious people with centuries-old experience in persevering and reviving the country, people with a great culture.
"In other words, we have all necessary preconditions for ensuring the country’s economic success,” he said.
"We only need to channel our capabilities in the right direction, to ensure social cohesion, and aim our individual efforts at building a unified and strong Georgia. I am convinced that together we will emerge victorious; our country will emerge victorious because together, we are a country!”
