President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid said she received the newest information about the situation on the occupation line between Tskhinvali (South Ossetia) region and the rest of Georgia at today’s meeting with her Georgian counterpart Salome Zurabishvili.

Saying that Estonia has been a strong partner of Georgia for years, President Zurabishvili thanked Kaljulaid for her “continuous support” of Georgian territorial integrity and its path to Europe.

The Georgian and Estonian Presidents met on the 80th anniversary of the outbreak of World War Two in Warsaw.

During her visit to Warsaw Salome Zurabishvili met with Presidents of Bulgaria and Ukraine, Rumen Radev and Volodymyr Zelensky as well.

Zurabishvili said Zelensky invited her to visit Ukraine and prepare a joint strategy on conflicts as well as EU integration.
