Georgian judoka Guram Tushishvili wins gold in Minsk

Georgian judoka Guram Tushishvili became the champion of the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus.

Tushishvili, 24, defeated a Russian judoka Inal Tasoev in the over 100 kg category.

The Georgian judoka won the world championship in 2018 and the European championship - in 2017.

Another Georgian judoka Varlam Liparteliani, who also participated in the 2nd European Games, won silver in the 100 kg category.
