Georgia’s judo team wins European Club Championships:
Defeats Russia in final

Several minutes ago Georgia's national judo team Sagaredjo won the 2016 European Club Championships, one of most prestigious titles, held in Grozny, the main city of the Chechen Republic in Russia today. 

The Georgian team defeated Russian judokas in the final battle. 

The final score was 3-2 in favour of Georgia. 

Meanwhile another Georgian judo team competing at the Championships, Fighter Tbilisi, won bronze earlier today after the team defeated the German team in the final competition. 

Europe’s eight strongest judo clubs participated in the championships. 

Georgia was represented by three teams- Fighter Tbilisi,  Sagaredjo and Shevardeni 2005
